HP-1100 injection program for performing trap/wash/elute

The injection program shown below is used with the HP-1100 to perform a clean/trap/wash sequence.  The program first performs 2 injections of  "protein Drano" (50% formic acid/50 % ACN or propanol) from vial #1, before injecting the defined amount from the sample vial.  The Drano step is used to minimize carryover between protein samples.

1. VALVE bypass
2. EJECT all into seat
3. REPEAT 2 times
4. DRAW 50uL from vial 1
5. INJECT
6. WAIT 0.5 min
7. END REPEAT
8. VALVE bypass
9. EJECT all into seat
10. DRAW def. amount from sample
11. INJECT
