Novatia, LLC agrees to make efforts to maintain and provide support to end users as time permits. Customer understands that while Novatia, LLC makes efforts to ensure the security of Customer information that Novatia, LLC cannot be held liable or responsible for loss or release of such.

Customer understands that access to the site may be revoked at any time for any reason by Novatia, LLC.

Customer understands they are using a development site and that elements and/or functionality will be changing without prior notice and that access may be intermittent and or non-existent from time to time.
